How Can You Change for the Better
Most people find it hard to change. Especially those who don’t believe there is a need for change from them. The bigger is the change needed to be done, the more difficult it seems. But for you to be able to start the change for you, here are some phrases that might help you out.
“Decide Now”. If you think the change is needed, then you need to decide so you can start the change. If you don’t decide to change, that means that you decide not to change. And once you have decided, to have to stick to it, be firm with it, and be committed to it.
“Make a list” It is one of the most essential part of the changing process. It should include the things that you wanted to change in your self. Make your list realistic. Make sure that what you wrote there are the things which you really can change. Three or four is enough to make sure that your plan of changing would be a success.
“Be conscious” Be conscious of your present situation and the efforts you are making towards the change you desire. You cannot bear upon your desired change if you are unconscious to these things.
