Just recently, a good friend of mine asked my help in making a letter. He is currently planning to leave his work where we have been co-workers for the past three years before I got into blogging. He needed my help in writing his resignation letter which he will use for the said company.

Today, I have thought that sharing my own resignation letter could be of help to some of our readers in somewhat way, sometime perhaps. So I decided to publish the resignation letter I wrote before I got into blogging:

Dear Sir,

This letter is to express my gratitude for all the benefits that EastTech has brought to my life. I have gained experience in the field of Marketing, I have learned how to perform the job well, and I have made many friends from the past years of my stay in this institution. I have learned so much in life that I am now courageous enough to face new challenges ahead.

I have spent many nights thinking through and I have now come up with one major decision, to accept another offer to me; an offer to work abroad.

EastTech – Apalit had been the home of my heart for the past three years of my stay in it, and it has been a family to me and I would always want to belong to it. But there come times in everyone’s life when a change is for the better: This is one of those times. Therefore, please accept this as my resignation, effective June 30, 2009.

Once again, I would like to thank you all for the opportunities, learning and influences that you have shared to me. May our EastTech family be more successful!
